Designed as a spare or replacement part for the 2-hose and 4-hose Glass Communal Bongs, this glass downstem bong adapter allows you to use any 14.5mm bowl or bong attachment with any 29.2mm glass-on-glass joint. The downstem length is 18.5cm. When measuring your current downstem to check if this piece will fit your waterpipe, remember to measure from the top of the joint to the end of the tube.
